Job Summary:
The Cloud Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for cloud computing services within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, specifically in the areas of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and storage. The Cloud Support Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Identify and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based systems and services promptly. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to services.
3. Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of cloud infrastructure, identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions.
4. Execute cloud-based projects: Assist in the planning, implementation, and execution of cloud-related projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
5. Optimize cloud resources: Work closely with teams to identify opportunities for optimizing cloud resources, including cost savings, performance improvements, and security enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of [X] years of experience in cloud computing, with a specific focus on cloud infrastructure and support.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other major cloud service providers.
